How to test
Beginner (remember 7 digits)
- Have a friend write 7 random digits: 4 7 2 9 3 8 1
- Look 10 seconds
- Start stopwatch
- Close eyes, recall mentally
- Write on paper
- Stop stopwatch when done
Target times

Memory techniques
1. Chunking
47293-81 is easier than 4 7 2 9 3 8 1
2. Story method
Turn numbers into a story — 4=door, 7=hook, etc.
3. Number-Shape system
- 0 = egg, 1 = candle, 2 = swan
- Picture each digit visually
4. Major System (advanced)
Convert numbers to consonants, build words
5 min/day practice
- Week 1: 7 digits
- Week 2: 10 digits
- Week 4: 15 digits
- 3 months: 30+ digits
