    How to improve

    Start (0-10m)

    • Block stance: back foot crouched
    • On "set" — hips higher than shoulders
    • On gun — drive both legs hard
    • Keep head down for first 10-15 m

    Drive (10-30m)

    • Gradually rise
    • Increase stride length
    • Arms drive front-to-back, not side-to-side

    Max velocity (30-60m)

    • Body upright
    • High knee drive
    • Foot lands under hip, not in front

    Maintain (60-100m)

    • Don't accelerate — hold form
    • Lean at the line

    Warm-up (mandatory!)

    10-15 min before sprinting:

    • 5 min light jog
    • Dynamic stretches
    • A-skips, B-skips
    • 3 × 60-80% strides
